Mayara & Ivo: Love vs Bureaucracy (and a Pandemic!)

Damn this is a long story!

Mayara and Ivo first contacted me back in 2019. We had our first meeting at the beginning of 2020 and the world ended a couple weeks after 😅 As if a global pandemic wasn’t enough, because Mayara is brazilian they had to pass though a lot of bureaucracy and paperwork in order to get the permits and approvals they needed to get married.

Only on April 2021 their big day could finally happen. They were so happy! Unfortunately I couldn’t enter the Civil Registry Conservatory to photograph the ceremony but we made it work as you can see in the first photo 😂
